Marc Avila
CEO - Marc Avila is the co-founder of 3 Media Web Solutions. Marc provides overall direction to the organization and helps the company evolve through and into a comprehensive team environment. Marc has extensive experience as a developer and project manager, allowing him a unique insight into the management of 3 Media Web, which, in turn, helps him to create a company that runs efficiently and always lives up to the highest of expectations.
Michael Defraga
President - Mike is the co-founder and Technical Director of 3 Media Web Solutions. Chief amongst his impressive talents is the ability to make the seemingly impossible a working reality. Mike's know-how with development platforms allows him the ability to integrate numerous systems that seem unlikely to come together. The end result has been a large collection of solutions that allow 3 Media Web the capability to deliver on technical services where many firms fall short and cannot.
James Danner
VP, Business Development - James is responsible for leading 3 Media Web's marketing strategy and sales effort. James oversees all aspects of the sales strategy and its implementation, including direct sales, telemarketing and web sales. As a member of the executive team, he is also involved in key 3 Media Web strategic initiatives. He works closely with our clients to help develop marketing campaigns for their websites.
David Simmons
Project Manager - David is the project manager of 3 Media Web Solutions responsible for communication and collaboration with our clients to ensure that a quality and on time project is delivered. As a former software developer, David uses his experience and technical know-how to assess and execute project plans and direction while making adjustments to meet our clients needs and requirements.
Lucas Hirata
Director, Graphic & Flash Design - Lucas is an expert in both graphic and Flash design and layout, and constantly pushes the creative envelope with each new design concept. Lucas has an unflagging interest in multimedia technologies, and couples that with boundless artistic talent. Lucas is the coordinator for 3 Media Web's design team.
Ben Vallack
Lead Front End Developer - Ben hand-writes high quality XHTML and CSS to ensure an industry-leading standard of work. He has been using XHTML/CSS to build websites since he started his career in web design over 5 years ago. Rather than just jumping on the CSS bandwagon, Ben has simply been able to refine and mature his skills whilst keeping up with the sky-rocketing CSS movement. Ben also has a detailed knowledge of legitimate SEO (Search engine optimization) techniques and employes these during the XHTML stage of development. This ensures that the code of a website that we build, represents it's content to search engines just as effectively as it does to visitors.
