A digital marketing project manager, in the simplest sense, ensure things get done in a digital world. They make sure that the digital plan of action is executed according to the plan the marketing team has laid out. A digital marketing project manager often combines a brand’s online resources (including content such as eBooks, videos, social media, etc.) and human resources (designers, copywriters, email marketers,etc.) to create effective marketing campaigns. DPMs convert raw digital marketing ideas into an actionable plan based on the company’s strategic objective(s). The idea is to break down the complex ideas into clear and well-defined tasks.

Specific duties of a Digital Marketing Project Manager at 3 Media Web include:

  • Draft meeting agendas and meeting notes
  • Assign and schedule project tasks
  • Schedule & lead project meetings
  • Lead and direct project team members
  • Prepare and monitor project schedules and budgets
  • Manage project scope and client expectations
  • QA all project deliverables
  • Contribute to client proposals & quotes
  • Build project reports
  • Assess and evaluate project success
  • Providing suggestions to help improve processes

Some details

  • This is a full-time position. Monday – Friday | 9:00 am – 5:00 pm EDT
  • Must be able to legally work in the U.S.
  • Previous web agency experience is a plus
