Director of Sales and Account Management

  • Manage all aspects of the sales process including inbound and outbound sales, sales pipeline, proposals, and closing new business
  • Grow the company’s revenue by selling web design and development projects, web support and hosting agreements, and digital marketing services
  • Collaborate internally and use industry/competitive research to identify and target potential prospects, help generate content and graphics for sales collateral, and launch advertising campaigns
  • Utilize HubSpot to track leads, deals, communication, sequences, and active campaigns
  • Work to create a predictable sales funnel, qualify leads, and move them through the sales cycle
  • Meet with and present 3 Media Web’s offerings to sales prospects
  • Identify and build relationships with companies and contacts within 3 Media Web’s core industries
  • Create a defined and successful sales process and a playbook for the organization
  • Build and grow the sales team from the ground up and mentor new sales team members
  • Work with management to define realistic sales quotas and create a sales process to meet or exceed desired company goals
  • Use standard sales methodology such as BANT, Sandler, etc.
  • Build strong rapport, establish trust and credibility through a consultative sales approach
  • Effectively telecommute and travel for meetings and lead generation
