3 Media Web, Ladybugz Interactive Merge to Provide Full-Service Web Design and Marketing
Local entrepreneurs Marc Avila 3 Media Web and Lysa Miller Ladybugz Inc. an Interactive Agency in Boston MA have joined…
We’re excited to work with Ladybugz, which focuses on online marketing, because it means we’re now a full-service agency for clients in New England and worldwide, with a team of 17 employees. As a result of the merger, we opened a larger office and coworking community in Hudson, a thriving business community in Central Massachusetts.
Lysa Miller, the founder of Ladybugz, is now vice president of sales and marketing at 3 Media Web. We’ve enjoyed working with her on projects, as she’s an excellent collaborator and always focused on what’s best for the client.
Lysa registered the domain ladybugz.com almost 20 years ago when she first started working at a startup Internet company in Portland, Maine. She was doing freelance projects with another colleague on the side. “We did a few projects under this business name, but then we both got great jobs in Cambridge and she no longer had time to freelance,” she says. “I, on the other hand, had a few clients follow me when I left my job and moved to Boston, and continued to freelance under that name and also work full-time for CBS Interactive.”
As she managed her growing family, she kept the domain and freelanced on the side, until about four years ago, when she decided to take her business full-time. “I grew my network of freelancers, built a small team, and really started to promote our services as a full-service agency,” she says.
Ladybugz is dedicated to providing high-quality online marketing and web design services to businesses in Central Massachusetts. Recently Ladybugz redesigned the website for the North Central Chamber of Commerce, created a micro-site for OutinMA.com and is currently rebranding and redesigning a presence for the North Central Massachusetts Development Corporation.
New Partnership, New Ideas
We love Lysa’s approach to finding new ideas: “I find inspiration daily, in quiet times, in collaboration, in talking to clients. I take it all in and the ideas flow,” she says. When we’re hiring designers, writers, or developers, we’re always looking for people who can bring new ideas.
Lysa says she realized she needed a good partner when it came to larger scale web design and development. “I had already been partnering with 3 Media Web on smaller jobs, so I trusted my first enterprise project to them,” she says. “This relationship continued to grow and flourish and Marc Avila and I decided a partnership was the best way to service a larger range of clients as one company.”
As a result of this merger, we’ll be able to provide a full-service approach to web design and online marketing to our clients. Contact us and learn more about what we can do together.
