The company was looking to update their woefully outdated web presence to attract customers and investors. With an aggressive timeline and multiple branding and messaging components that had to be completed prior to diving into the web design and development, the project was collaborative and complex.
The 3 Media Web team worked closely with the branding and messaging agencies to be up to speed and fully knowledgeable about the client, project, and expectations prior to starting the website work. Throughout the website portion of the engagement, we consulted with the other partners to make sure we were on point in delivering a website that aligned with and leveraged all of the other marketing components.

Once the website portion of the project was ready to start, we moved quickly to perform SEO keyword research and develop the information architecture. It was very important to pinpoint which meaningful keywords to target in order to build web traffic and extend the company’s online reach. The new sitemap streamlined information finding and enhanced user experience.
Informed and Aligned Design
With new branding in place, the site design needed to leverage that work and apply it to web standards. Our team incorporated the bold colors and newly introduced design elements to elevate the company’s image and stand out from the competition.
Brand New Content
Since the original site was so dated, website content had to be written from scratch. Page structures were developed to help outline content requirements and assist with design. We also vetted content with the messaging agency, and interviewed key stakeholders and subject matter experts to hone and refine messages. New copy built off of the recently crafted messaging, targeted customers and prospects, and appealed to investors.
The site launch was a success, meeting the aggressive timeline, and making the client and investors happy. We are continuing to work with the company on digital marketing projects to build on the new site and further optimize it, generate leads, and promote conversion.
