Adrian comes into his role at 3 Media Web with 6+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, from SEO to managing Google Ad accounts. He loves helping clients gain visibility for the right audience and helping them gain a better understanding of why we might take a certain approach to their strategy.

Anthony supports our web development clients and provides skilled project management on digital launches. He is passionate about learning and uses that drive to constantly improve his skills and deepen his expertise. Prior to joining 3 Media Web, Anthony was a freelance WordPress web developer who helped small businesses expand their brands and internet presences.

Clare is a Web Support Representative who helps 3 Media Web clients keep their websites secure, up to date, and performing at their best. Her day-to-day includes managing content updates, applying security and feature improvements, and ensuring every site reflects each client’s goals after launch. With a background in SaaS customer support and freelance WordPress development, Clare brings a strong mix of technical troubleshooting and client care. She loves uncovering patterns within the details, anticipating how small changes can affect the bigger picture, and collaborating across teams to create seamless website experiences.

Ginny works on site audits, performs website updates, publishes webpage and blog content, and everything in between. With degrees in IT and graphic design, she has both tech-savviness and an artistic eye for detail.

Ginny began her career as a graphic designer at Rochester Public Library (Minnesota, not New York). While there, she created the library’s presence on social media as well as a WordPress blog. Creating that simple blog sparked her interest, and she has been immersing herself in the WordPress world ever since. From the library, she became a web specialist at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota where she managed all of the university’s WordPress sites.

Passionate about achieving results and nurturing client relationships, I’m a valuable asset to teams and projects. With a background in technical project management, team leadership, and account management, I’ve excelled in various roles.

As a Project Manager, I proved my ability to manage complex projects, lead teams, and meet deadlines. Promoted to Senior Project Manager and Team Lead, I coordinated teams and fostered a collaborative, high-achieving work environment.

Transitioned to Account Manager, I bring experience in project management and relationship building, ensuring strong client partnerships. I consistently exceed client expectations by understanding and anticipating their needs, earning a reputation for exceptional customer satisfaction and propelling business growth.

Kelsey thrives on every aspect of creating websites — from UX/UI design and coding, to information architecture and QA testing – and loves having the opportunity to learn new things every day. With a degree in Graphic Design and a lifelong passion for technology, she leads our development team, steering the technical direction and execution of our web projects.

Together, the team delivers responsive, mobile-friendly websites, product catalogs, and content management systems that meet each client’s unique goals. Kelsey is also a go-to technical resource for both the team and our clients.

As the Senior Manager of Professional Services Kim oversees the Digital Marketing, Web Design, Project Management teams as well as 3MW’s internal marketing. Her main focus is around showcasing our value, streamlining our processes and encouraging forward thinking. For her first 2 years at 3 Media Web she was immersed in web and digital marketing projects as a Project Manager which was a great education on our products and processes. Prior to joining 3 Media Web Kim was a long time client so she brings a unique perspective around client expectations. 

Marc supports the 3 Media Web team whenever needed: promoting our brand, contributing knowledge, and being our agency’s biggest cheerleader. He worked as a professional web developer for enterprise companies until 2001, when he decided to venture out independently and founded 3 Media Web. His keys to success include his detail-oriented nature, client-focused leadership skills, rockstar web team, and successful implementation of technology and automation.

Mary keeps 3 Media Web running at its best by focusing on the numbers that drive profitability and long-term growth. As CFO, she makes sure the financial foundation is solid so the rest of the team can focus on delivering client-first digital experiences that make an impact.

Before stepping into the CFO role, Mary led sales at 3MW, drawing on more than a decade of experience in agency sales and account management. That background gave her a deep appreciation for what it takes to build strong client relationships and lasting partnerships. While she thrived on collaboration and problem-solving, her love of finance, strategy, and operations kept calling her back. Today, she blends both sides, business growth and financial leadership, to help guide the agency forward.

Mike manages the Tech Services Team, providing proactive support and securing client websites. Responsibilities include processing support requests and coordinating tasks with Developers, Designers, Digital Marketing Experts, Operations and Project Managers. Mike also handle site migrations & launches, debugging technical issues, evaluating and providing quotes for more involved technical requests. Mike has over ten years of experience in web development, with his primary focus being “on all things WordPress” since 2015.

Rachel was 3 Media Web’s very first employee, and for years she poured her heart into helping clients manage their websites, providing training, and ensuring quality at every step. She often joked that she’d been around since “Al Gore invented the internet,” and that sense of humor, paired with her dedication, made her an irreplaceable part of our team.

Ryan leads the design team at 3 Media Web, providing innovative solutions for our growing roster of clients. With a focus on UI/UX design, he is constantly looking for ways to improve the web presence of our clients and help them grow their businesses. Ryan has been working in the industry as a web designer for more than a decade and he continues to expand his skillset into branding and user experience.

Sakshi is a Web Developer and Designer at 3 Media Web. With a background in professional user experience, web development and more, Sakshi is endlessly passionate about crafting personalized websites tailored to exactly the right audiences, and is deeply knowledgeable on both the creative and technical fronts. With a keen eye for design and her code-wrangler spirit, she has been bringing our ideas to life.

Sarah is currently in her third year managing projects and holds a degree in Professional Communications. With over a decade of experience in graphic and web design, she has a deep passion for organization, ensuring that every project is delivered on time, within budget, and with clear communication. Sarah began her career as a Graphic Designer before quickly transitioning to Project Management. Her strong ability to handle complex projects with ease and professionalism recently earned her a promotion to Senior Project Manager. Creative problem-solving? Absolutely!

A lifelong learner, Sarah is always expanding her skillset. She has experience with WordPress and continues to enhance her knowledge through additional courses in her spare time. When you work with Sarah, you can be confident that your web projects are in excellent hands. Before joining 3 Media Web, she ran her own website design and branding agency, further sharpening her expertise.

Step is passionate about problem-solving and loves a seemingly impossible challenge. In fact, he begins each day with a game of Tetris — and a strong cup of coffee. He brings this enthusiasm to 3 Media Web as Technical Director, where he manages our growing infrastructure and is our resident subject matter expert for all things geek. Try not to get him reminiscing, or you may never hear the end of what it was like learning LOGO and BASIC at a computer camp in the 80s or being a BBS SysOp and developing hypermedia before the web, or patching FORTRAN for the 21st century. Step understands the importance of sharing what he knows and is a proponent of Open Source and STEAM education.

With a proven track record of almost 20 years, Stephanie is a seasoned marketing and project management expert across diverse channels, including affiliate and display advertising. Stephanie excels in seamlessly aligning marketing strategies with business objectives, delivering outstanding results. Her keen eye for detail empowers cross-functional teams to achieve success. As Director of Business Operations, she continues to shape the company’s growth trajectory, guiding it toward continued success in an ever-evolving market.

Tom is a Sr. Digital Strategist here at 3 Media Web. He has more than 7 years of experience in digital marketing, with experience as a full-stack web developer and business owner. Tom uses the knowledge he has gained to build creative, growth-focused, digital marketing strategies.

Viki is a front-end web developer who brings value to the 3 Media Web team as a creative problem solver. He is passionate about CSS and specializes in HTML5, Bootstrap, WordPress, Photoshop and jQuery. Apart from creating engaging websites, he has also worked on developing user interface web applications.
