Adding our team to your HubSpot account as a Partner Admin lets us manage your portal, build and troubleshoot on your behalf, and assign permissions to other members of our team as needed. Because 3 Media Web is a HubSpot Solutions Partner, a Partner Admin does not use one of your paid seats.

This process takes about 2 minutes. Follow the steps below and we’ll take it from there.

Good to know: Partner Admins can’t add or remove Super Admins, change your billing settings, or manage Sensitive Data. You’ll need Super Admin permissions (or the Add and edit users permission) in your HubSpot account to complete these steps.

Step 1: Open Your HubSpot Settings

Log into app.hubspot.com, then click the settings icon (the gear) in the top navigation bar.

Step 2: Go to Users & Teams

In the left sidebar menu, click Users & Teams.

Step 3: Create a New User

In the upper right, click Create user.

Enter the email address our team provides to you, then click Next.

Step 4: Choose the Partner Admin Template

In the Choose how to set access section, select Start with a template.

Expand the Choose a template section and select Partner Admin.

Don’t see Partner Admin in the list? HubSpot only shows the Partner Admin template for email addresses that belong to an approved Solutions Partner. Double-check that you entered the exact email address we gave you. If it still doesn’t appear, let us know and we’ll sort it out on our end.

Step 5: Send the Invitation

In the bottom right, click Next, then click Invite.

HubSpot will email the invitation to our team.

If you’d rather skip the steps above, ask us for a Partner Admin access link. We’ll email you a link, and all you need to do is:

  1. Click the link, then click Approve.
  2. Select the HubSpot account you’d like us to access.

That’s it. The result is the same as creating the user yourself.

Already Gave Us Super Admin Access?

If a member of our team is already a Super Admin in your account, you don’t need to create a new user. Instead, open Users & Teams, find our user, and edit their permissions to use the Partner Admin template. This keeps our access while freeing up the paid seat.

You’re All Set!

Once we’ve accepted the invitation, our team will be in touch to confirm access and discuss next steps.

You stay in full control: you can change our permissions or remove our access from Users & Teams at any time. If you run into any trouble, don’t hesitate to reach out to us at support@3mediaweb.com and we’ll be happy to walk you through it.
