When you report a layout or design issue, one of the first things our team needs to know is how big your browser window is. The same page can look very different at 1,280 pixels wide than it does at 1,920, so knowing your exact window size, browser, and version lets us recreate what you’re seeing and fix it faster.
We built a free tool that answers all three in one click. This takes less than a minute.
Step 1: Open the Browser Checker
Go to browser-check.3mediaweb.com in the same browser window where you noticed the issue.
Don’t maximize, resize, or move the window to another monitor first — the goal is to measure the window exactly as it was when you saw the problem.
Step 2: Read Your Window Size
The two large numbers in the center of the page are your browser window’s width and height in pixels — for example, 1200 × 886.
The numbers update in real time, so if you drag the edge of your window you’ll see them change as you resize.
Step 3: Note Your Browser and Version
Just below the dimensions, the tool shows which browser you’re using and its version — for example, Google Chrome 150.
Browsers update themselves automatically, but an out-of-date version can still be the reason a page misbehaves, so this detail helps us rule that out quickly.
Step 4: Send Us the Details
Reply to your ticket or email with the three values the tool shows — width, height, and browser version. A screenshot of the page works just as well.
Tip: Because the numbers update as you resize, you can also use the tool to see how your site behaves at smaller sizes — drag your window narrower and watch the width approach common tablet and phone breakpoints.
