Clare is a Web Support Representative who helps 3 Media Web clients keep their websites secure, up to date, and performing at their best. Her day-to-day includes managing content updates, applying security and feature improvements, and ensuring every site reflects each client’s goals after launch. With a background in SaaS customer support and freelance WordPress development, Clare brings a strong mix of technical troubleshooting and client care. She loves uncovering patterns within the details, anticipating how small changes can affect the bigger picture, and collaborating across teams to create seamless website experiences. Play
Outside of work, Clare enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and two dogs. She’s a lifelong reader who loves historical fiction, an avid knitter who’s usually working on a new baby blanket for someone she cares about, and a big fan of brunch and puzzles. Between October and June, you’ll usually find her following a hockey game or two. Clare’s dream trip would take her to France and Italy, where she could explore the history, culture, and maybe even a few good coffee spots along the way.
