Argus, a branding and marketing agency and an existing 3 Media Web client, partnered with us on a full website project for their healthcare client, NeighborHealth.
NeighborHealth has worked to keep communities, families and individuals healthy since 1970. It provides accessible, person-centered, compassionate, high-quality care, whether or not patients can pay. Today it is one of the largest community health centers in the country and the largest in Massachusetts. It delivers continuous, integrated care in underserved communities.
The Challenge: Disparate Digital Experience
NeighborHealth needed a better way to reach and support its community online. Its content was spread across four separate websites. Finding care can already feel overwhelming, and the split made it even harder for community members.
NeighborHealth also needed help in several other areas:
- Making the site easier for its admins to run
- Building and executing a cohesive digital strategy
- Multi-language content, design, navigation and accessibility
- Third-party tools and audience experiences
- PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) submissions
- Deployment and hosting support
Solution: Develop New Online Presence and Strategy
The goal was to help NeighborHealth serve its community better online. 3 Media Web rebuilt the website from the ground up. We merged four websites into one easy-to-use site for visitors. Site admins can now manage content in WordPress with little effort.
Working closely with Argus, we also found and fixed other areas to improve, including user testing, QA, deployment and accessibility. For accessibility, we documented the site in a VPAT (Voluntary Product Accessibility Template). Argus provided the updated brand identity and messaging.
The Results: A Clearer Online Home for Community Healthcare
NeighborHealth now has a clear, easy-to-use website. It is a one-stop shop for the community’s healthcare needs. 3 Media Web continues to host and support NeighborHealth directly.
