Before getting started, make sure you’re working inside a GA4 property. This guide is specifically for Google Analytics 4 and will not match the interface if you’re using an older Universal Analytics account. If you’re unsure which version you have, check with your web developer or reach out to us.
Step 1: Log into Google Analytics
Go to analytics.google.com and sign in with your Google account.

Once logged in, select the account and property (website) you’d like to give us access to from the account selector in the top left.

Step 2: Open Admin Settings
Click the Admin gear icon (⚙️) located in the bottom-left corner of the navigation menu.

This will open the Admin panel. In the Property column (center of the page), click Property Access Management.

Step 3: Add a New User
On the Property Access Management page, click the blue + button in the top-right corner.
From the dropdown that appears, select Add Users.

Step 4: Grant Our Team Access
In the email field, enter: [email protected]
Check the box for Notify this user by email — this sends our team an alert so we can get started right away.
Under Direct roles and data restrictions, select Administrator.
Why Administrator? This level of access is required for us to configure conversion goals, set up event tracking, and properly analyze your data. We treat your account with care and only make changes we’ve discussed with you.

When you’re done, click Add.
You’re All Set!
Once you’ve completed these steps, our team will receive an email notification and will be in touch to confirm access and discuss next steps.
If you run into any trouble, don’t hesitate to reach out to us and we’ll be happy to help.
