New Senior Care Company Site Launch: Stone Rehabilitation & Senior Living

Marc Avila

Stone Rehabilitation & Senior Living is a private, non-profit residential care and skilled nursing facility located on 5 acres in a Newton Upper Falls MA residential neighborhood.

They offer a unique combination of a classic rest home, The Pettee House (a beautiful historic home), and a modern skilled nursing facility. In addition to the comfortable and inviting common areas, Stone Rehabilitation & Senior Living features physical, speech, and occupational therapy services.

Senior Care Company Site Launch: Stone Rehabilitation

The Stone Rehabilitation & Senior Living website was actually a “brochure” site that served as a sales piece with information on the facility and services provided. Oftentimes, web visitors couldn’t locate the specific information they needed.  The clients wanted a website that would be easy-to-navigate. It was vital to develop a website that would project a warm, friendly and inviting feeling while conveying the beauty of their spectacular campus.

3 Media Web created a simple and user-friendly navigation that their target audiences, which range in age from 30 to 80 years old, could intuitively use.  We added a text size adjustment feature that the user can click to make the text larger, as needed.  3Media Web improved the design with the strategic use of color and photographs to communicate sincerity and warmth.

The content, while descriptive of medical and rehabilitative services, is easy-to-read and non-clinical. It is informational with additional material to tell the whole story, rather than just facts,  to both of their target audiences. The new website is warm and inviting as well as intuitive to navigate, two benchmarks that set Stone Rehabilitation & Senior Living apart from its competition.
